This is Shoot the Moon.
I took good ribbons on him, including at the Advanced level.
He competed until age 22, and then lived out his retirement at a friend's place in North Carolina.
He passed away Nov. 16, 2007, at the age of 28 1/2.
He was one very special horse!

Keno belongs to Janet Taylor. When health problems prevented Janet from competing, Peggy took over for her with Keno.
Though Janet is now back on a limited basis with her other horse, "Why?", Peggy will continue with Keno's career.
See other pictures of Keno in Janet's section of the Flyers.
